# PX Studio Docs

Everything you need to build your stream overlay, bring it into OBS and run your show with your team.

PX Studio is a browser-based studio for Twitch and Kick streamers. You build your overlay on one canvas, add it to OBS once, and from then on every change shows up live on stream. Alerts, chat, goals, a chat bot and your moderators all live in the same place.

## Go live in three steps

@@ Create your overlay
Open **Overlays**, click **New overlay**, pick **Blank** and click **Create overlay**. The editor opens with your canvas.

@@ Add your widgets
Click **Add** in the editor. The starter set puts chat, alerts, a webcam frame and a goal on the canvas with **Add all four**.

@@ Bring it into OBS
Click **Add to OBS**, copy the link and paste it into a browser source, or let PX Studio set it up for you.

Connect Twitch or Kick under **Settings** → **Connections** so alerts, chat and the bot know your channel. The [Quickstart](/docs/quickstart) walks through every step in detail.
