Product UI, documentation and marketing copy for PX Studio fall under the service provider above.

Purchases and payment

Paid studio plans are billed through Stripe. Some premium widget unlock codes may still be sold through Etsy; those purchases are handled on Etsy under Etsy's own terms and policies. Card and bank details for Stripe checkouts are collected by Stripe, not by us.

Right of withdrawal

For online distance contracts where a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, you can exercise it via our electronic withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract (Directive (EU) 2023/2673 / § 356a BGB). To end a running paid plan after the cooling-off period, use Cancel subscription in your account when signed in (§ 312k BGB).

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters - VSBG).

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not participate in dispute resolution via that platform either.

This site links to external websites over whose content we have no control. At the time of linking we checked those pages for illegal content; we have no influence on later changes. The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked pages. If we become aware of illegal content, we will remove the link.
