Consumer rights and disputes
Withdrawal: You can exercise a statutory right of withdrawal online with Withdraw from contract, without signing in, or by a clear statement by email or post. The withdrawal instructions and the model form are part of our Terms of service.
Cancellation: You can end a subscription at any time with Cancel subscription, without signing in. You can also cancel by email or by post, or, if you are signed in, with the cancellation option in your account's billing settings. Withdrawal and cancellation are separate rights; using one does not take away the other.
Dispute resolution: We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). Your right to go to court is not affected.
