This page summarises how you may use free elements, plans and premium widgets. The full contract for using PX Studio is our Terms of service.

Free elements

The text, image and shape elements included with every account are free to use in your own streams and recordings, without limit and without attribution.

Studio plans and premium widgets

Paid plans unlock plan features for your account for as long as the subscription is active. Some premium widgets unlock permanently with a one-time code (for example bought through a marketplace). Access is personal to your account: codes, overlay links and exported widget files may not be resold, shared or redistributed to third parties. Unlocking a widget or holding a plan does not transfer copyright; it grants you the right to use the material in your own streaming setup.

OBS and other broadcast software

Every widget and overlay is designed to be added as a Browser Source in OBS (or compatible software) and used while streaming, recording or in VOD editing of that content.

What is not covered

Reselling access to your account, republishing a widget's source as your own product, or using the service to build a competing overlay tool are all outside the scope of what a plan, an unlock or a free account grants.
