Use in your own content
You may use the PX Studio elements, widgets and assets available to your account in your own streams, recordings, clips and related content, including monetised channels and sponsored broadcasts, within the limits of your plan or purchase.
You can use our text, image and shape tools without an extra licence and without naming PX Studio. You still need permission for any third-party images, fonts, music or other material you put into them.
You may show widgets as browser sources in OBS or similar software and in the resulting recordings. You may keep and publish recordings you made while you were entitled to use a widget, also after your subscription ends.
Free access, plans and one-time unlocks
The right of use is non-exclusive and tied to your account; it does not transfer copyright. Free elements are available as part of the free service. Plan features are available for the agreed plan period. Team members you authorise can operate your setup with the service's access features.
A one-time purchase or code unlock sold as permanent stays with your account independently of a subscription. The offer defines what is included. A hosted widget is not a downloadable software licence or a promise of unlimited hosting, but the agreed duration and your statutory rights remain binding.
These rights end only as provided in the contract, by valid termination or by law. We cannot withdraw them at our discretion.
Passing on and third-party material
You may not resell or sublicense account access, private overlay links, redeemed codes or our widget files, publish our widget source code as your own product, or use our assets to build a competing widget library without our permission. This does not restrict sharing your finished streams and recordings.
Third-party media, trademarks, platform assets and open-source components remain subject to their owners' rights and licences. An integration, embed or successful upload does not give you broadcast, music, reproduction or public-performance rights. Mandatory statutory rights regarding software stay unaffected.
Your material and other terms
You keep all rights in your own uploads, artwork and custom content. You give PX Studio only the rights needed to provide the service and the sharing functions you use, as described in the Terms of service.
