Withdraw from contract

Use this page to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for online distance contracts with Pixelroom Studios GbR (Directive (EU) 2023/2673 / German § 356a BGB). This is not the same as cancelling a running subscription after the cooling-off period - for that, use Cancel subscription in your account Plan tab when signed in.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below (name, email, what you bought).
2. Click Confirm withdrawal - that is the legally required second step.
3. We send an acknowledgement to your email on a durable medium.

No login is required. You do not need to give a reason.

After you withdraw

We process the request and, where a refund is due, reverse the payment through our payment provider (Stripe) once billing is live. Until then, every request is stored and handled manually at mail@pxstudio.cloud.
